A 500 Abs class is a 30mins core class that consist of dynamic vertical core movements & red-hot various core exercises with upbeat' new music. The aim of a structured program is to build the various muscle groups that comprise your abdominals in a way that is targeted, intense, and safe.

This abs and core workout involves a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the rectus abdominis, obliques, transverse abdominis, and erector spinae.  A mat  and light weights are a must.

Barrecode is a form of physical exercise, that consist of classical dance movements and positions that are combined with those drawn from yoga and pilates.

Barrecode classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals. Holding muscles in contraction for extended periods frequently leads to them shaking as they fatigue. This is particularly true of thighs, as the quadriceps tire.

KETTLEBELLA - Unlike dumbbells, which have symmetrical mass on each side of the weight, kettlebells have an off-center mass below their handle, challenging your coordination and motor control and working the targeted muscles through a wider range of motion to help develop joint stability and build mobility. Kettlebell exercises reveal and fix misalignments, compensations, asymmetries, and weaknesses in the body, relieving you of muscle stiffness and joint pain.

ROCK FITT will concentrate on the upper body conditioning while engaging your core.

A chair is OPTIONAL for ROCK FIT, for those who are injured or have a previous injury or for those who would prefer a lower modified muscle toning class.


BALLISTIC - Using exercise balls while exercising can provide some amazing benefits such as black and spine health, core stability, better posture and muscle balance. Â It only seems logical that using them more frequently or for longer periods of time could help even more.


When used properly, stability balls can strengthen the core (abdominal and lower back muscles). These muscles are used to perform daily activities. A strong core helps to protect the back and stabilize the whole body, including the spine, pelvis, hips and shoulders. Improve balance.
